Flavor

Brewing 

1. Add 1 heaping teaspoon (2.8–3 g) or 1 tea bag to 8 oz hot water (185–195°F).
2. Cover and steep for 4–5 minutes.
3. Remove bag or strain.
4. Optional: sweeten with honey, raw sugar, or agave.
